  • It has a payload capacity of 6 Kilograms.

  • It's main purpose is to carry out sanding and buffing on wooden pieces

  • It is a 3 degrees of freedom robotic arm. It has a reach of 0.92 meters and a payload capacity of 6 Kilograms. 

  • Material used for the structure is Aluminium and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic).

  • It uses automotive gears to reduce cost with increased strength. It also uses Machine Learning to improve the accuracy

  • This AGV has a payload capacity of 200 Kilograms. It has a travelling speed of 10cm/s.

  • It is driven by two geared DC motors. 

  • The structure is made out of Mild Steel pipes.

  • This is a 3 axis CNC Milling machine. It has a bed area of 8X4 feet. It has a cutting speed of 100mm/sec

  • It uses Rack & Pinion for power transmission. With a spindle capacity of 2.2 KW, it can operate on Aluminum and wood.

  • It has an accuracy of 300 microns along with being completely modular and weighs only 140 Kgs

  • This is a remote Center Compliance device made for sanding purpose.

  • It keeps the sanding machine parallel to the flat work piece irrespective of the direction of force applied by the robotic arm

  • This setup is designed to collect backlash data between any two gears of diameter under 400 mm

  • It allows us to vary load and speed of the driving shaft and observe the angular displacement of the driven shaft

  • This data was used to train our Machine Learning model which helped us to reduce backlash dynamically
